Salman Shoaib - Executive Director

Salman believes that everyone can be good at maths, much in the same way that all of us can speak at least one language really well. Having studied and taught maths at university level, he realised quite early that there are proven tools, techniques and methods that make the subject easier and more fun - the key is to teach in a way the student understands and thrives, using the right materials. That's why he became interested in Mathnasium's approach, with a rigorous focus on assessment, customised learning programs and making mathematics more fun and intuitive.

He holds a BA degree from Brown University (magna cum laude) and an MPhil degree from the University of Cambridge. He has lived in Singapore for the past 10 years with children who have attended United World College (Dover Campus). His son is in Yale University, USA, majoring in Mathematics, and he has a daughter who is also at Yale majoring in English Literature.

Peiyi Nguee - Managing Director

Peiyi, a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience in both Singapore's MOE schools and international school, is deeply passionate about Mathematics. She is well versed in Mathematics Education with effective application of mathematics strategies and has extensive experience in entrepreneurship and training which has helped her in her career to date. Peiyi believes that the Mathnasium Method not only equips students with the right skills to understand and apply mathematical concepts but also helps them to recognise connections within the relevant topics to achieve great results. Her goal is to inspire a love for mathematics in children and to spark their curiosity and desire to learn beyond academic pursuits. In her spare time, she enjoys painting and cooking. She is also a firm believer in lifelong learning and is always finding interesting courses and seminars to attend.

Brittin Wong - Finance and HR Manager

Brittin brings over 15 years of expertise in Finance and HR, showcasing excellence in both fields and seamlessly integrating them. Her ability to align these functions optimally and commitment to results make her invaluable to Mathnasium Singapore, contributing to its overall performance and growth. In her free time, she enjoys reading and cooking. 

Siti Raudah - Lead Instructor (Operations and Curriculum)

Renuka believes learning maths is a joyful adventure, best approached through fun and meaningful strategies. Her interest in Mathematics sparked during secondary school, leading her to pursue a career as a Mathematics teacher. With 12 years of teaching experience in private and international schools, Renuka, holding a B.Ed (Hons) in Mathematics from Tun Abdul Razak, KL, has taught various grades, following the KSSR and Cambridge curriculum. In her free time, Renuka enjoys practicing yoga and listening to songs.
